Tom Chilcote

for Supervisor

Tom Chilcote, candidate for Supervisor, is a near lifetime resident of Lake Villa Township, who graduated from Antioch Community High School and studied Supply Chain and Logistics at Miami University in Ohio. He and his wife, who works in District 41’s special education department-early learning program, have two children actively involved in local schools. With 19 years of experience in global supply chain management, Tom brings expertise in operational efficiency and resource allocation. He is also deeply involved in the community, serving as Vice President of the Girls Iceless Hockey Program.

As Supervisor, Tom is committed to meeting the diverse needs of Lake Villa Township residents and ensuring a bright future for all.

Kristi Nawrocki

for Clerk

Kristi Nawrocki, candidate for Clerk, has deep roots in the community. Originally from Franklin Park, Illinois, she moved to Lindenhurst to raise her family, where she has become an active member of the community. Kristi and her husband are parents to three children who attend schools within the Millburn School District and are involved in local sports. Professionally, Kristi is an accountant and also serves as treasurer for the Lake Villa Township Football Organization.

With a strong focus on community engagement, Krist’s goal as Clerk is to ensure that all residents of Lake Villa Township feel valued, supported, and heard.

Tim Popp

for Trustee

Tim Popp, candidate for Trustee, has been a proud resident of Lake Villa Township for 15 years. He and his wife, Jenny, chose Lake Villa to raise their family because of its strong community, excellent schools, and opportunities for youth. Their children have attended Prince of Peace School and Lakes High School. Tim is deeply involved in the community, serving in various roles at Prince of Peace, including Parish Council Chair, Rummage Sale Coordinator, and Athletic Board Member. He has also coached LVT baseball, Lancer's football, boys’ basketball, and girls’ volleyball.

As Trustee, Tim is committed to supporting those in need, leading with transparency, integrity, and fiscal responsibility.

Kyle Davis

for Trustee

Kyle Davis, candidate for Trustee, a lifelong resident of Lake Villa Township, has deep roots in the community. A former travel baseball player and two-time state champion, he now gives back as a coach in the Lake Villa Township Baseball league. Kyle has raised his two sons in the township, where they’ve enjoyed youth sports and now attend Lakes Community High School. For 26 years, he has worked alongside his father at Air Technicians, a family business founded in downtown Lake Villa over 50 years ago.

As Trustee, Kyle is committed to creating opportunities that inspire families to thrive and build lasting connections in the township.


Patricia Gallarneau

for Trustee


Patricia Gallarneau, candidate for Trustee, has been a proud member of Lake County since 1992 and a Lake Villa resident for 22 years. She raised two daughters who attended District 41 and 117 schools and has actively volunteered with the PTO, booster club, dance team, performing arts programs, and the Miss Lake Villa Pageant system. A member of Grace Community Bible Church, Patricia participates in Bible study and women’s ministry and is preparing for her second mission trip to Mexico. She also served 15 years as a lieutenant with the Lake County Sheriff’s Reserve Deputy Unit.

As Trustee, Patricia is committed to bringing dedication, experience, and transparency to ensure all residents feel supported and heard.


Dexter (D.J.) Reid, Jr.

for Trustee

Dexter (D.J.) Reid Jr. Candidate for Trustee, raised in Waukegan, IL, graduated from Carmel Catholic High School and earned a graduate degree from Northwood University. He moved to the Lake Villa/Lindenhurst area in 2012 with his family and is the proud father of three student-athlete sons. Dexter is actively involved in local activities, particularly at Prince of Peace and the Lake Villa Township Youth Football organization, where he serves as both a coach and board member. Professionally, he holds a national leadership role in Senior Sales/Construction Materials for a Fortune 50 company.

As Trustee, Dexter is dedicated to fostering a community-focused mindset and ensuring Lake Villa Township thrives with strong resident support and a bright future.
